Soon it’s here, the eagerly awaited release of Lukas’ Dad is not a Rabbit on DVD. Except for an edited (and slightly longer) version of the film, the DVD will be filled to the brim with extras. There will ofcourse be deleted scenes and a commentary track. But also, for the first time ever, you will get an unique opportunity to see all the different pilots that has been made during the funding stage of the film and get a perspective on how the film grew into what it is today. At Fredrikstad Animation Festival, to be precise. Lukas’ Dad is not a Rabbit have been chosen as one of the Nordic-Baltic short films in competition. The festival runs from 11th to 15th of November.
If you are in Stockholm and want to see Lukas’ Dad is not a Rabbit you have the perfect opportunity Sunday the 18th of October, when the film will be screened at the FIA festival.
Lukas’ Dad is not a Rabbit is now ready to slowly conquer the world. Next stop is the Tindirindis Festival of Animated Films in Vilnius, Lithuania. The festival will take place October 19-25 and the film will be screened in the Special Panorama program.
